New Leader Assimilations

When a new leader joins a team, there is a great deal of uncertainty about their working styles, communication preferences, and receptivity to feedback. New Leader Assimilation sessions provide a mechanism for the individual to understand which of their behaviors are working and which are not so they can change before they have a chance to calcify.  The exercise is a great vehicle for team members to ”clear the air” and address questions and concerns while alleviating potential misunderstandings. This process has dramatically shortened the time required for the new leaders to become fully effective in their jobs.
