Servant Leadership

As some of you may know our family recently moved from New York to a 100-acre horse ranch in a little town in Utah. I am finding a surprising number of leadership lessons from my experiences working to build this ranch. One occurred last week, and I read a quote today which reinforced it. Twenty of my cousins surprised me on Saturday and showed up to help me finish my barn. They perfectly embody this quote...
